As part of National Australia Bank Group, we report on our performance in five areas of sustainable development - people, customers, supply chain, community and the environment. This reinforces our commitment to being transparent, as well as our efforts to be recognised in the community as a good corporate citizen. Even more important for us though is to tell our story and communicate some of the good things we are doing for New Zealand.
About our report
Our corporate responsibility report measures our performance against a range of internationally accepted indicators established by the Global Reporting Initiative as well as the AA1000 AccountAbility Principles Standard (AA1000APS).We benchmark our corporate responsibility performance at a global level using the two leading socially responsible investment index providers - the Dow Jones Sustainability and the FTSE4Good. Our report also outlines how we are responding to key issues of mutual interest to our stakeholders and we provide an update on actions we are committed to undertaking.
