Complaints process

If you have a complaint or problem, please visit any BNZ store, call us or send in a feedback form. We’ll try to put things right, quickly and fairly. If you’re still not satisfied, you can ask the Banking Ombudsman to help.

Compliments and suggestions

We want our staff to know when they have done a good job, so when we exceed expectations we would very much like to hear about it. Recognising our people helps us encourage an even stronger focus on meeting your needs in the future.
