Both the converted amount of your foreign currency transaction and the Foreign Currency Service Fee will be included in the New Zealand Dollar amount of and in the rate of exchange shown on your statement for each transaction. 2. Except where specifically stated, fees are charged on the last day of each calendar month and are based on the period between the last business day of the previous calendar month and the second to last business day of the current month, inclusive.
3. Dynamic Money is especially designed for individual personal customers under the age of 19 who can satisfy our normal account opening criteria to qualify for reduced fees. Campus Pack is only available if you are studying full time at a tertiary level in a course in New Zealand for a minimum duration of one year. Graduate Pack is only available if you have graduated from a tertiary level course within the last 12 months.
4. Smart Money is especially designed for personal customers under the age of 30 who can satisfy our normal account opening criteria to qualify for reduced fees.
5. Must have National Superannuation payment or equivalent retirement income direct credited into this account to qualify for fee savings.
6. MyMoney and TotalMoney are not available for business purposes.
7. The set up and amendment of Automatic Payments and Bill Payments using Internet Banking will not be charged on TotalMoney Accounts.
8. No Account Fees for the first withdrawal per month for Achiever Savings and Rapid Save Accounts.
9. Particular fee charged on date the transaction takes place.
† Although the Telephone, Internet Banking, Internet Banking for Business, and ATM services will normally be available 24 hours a day, maintenance of the system is required from time to time. Accordingly, certain options may not be available for an average of three hours a week. This maintenance, however, will be carried out at times which will cause the least disruption to you.
