Change of Address

If you need to notify the Bank of a change of address, there are a number of ways this can be actioned.

Internet Banking

  • If you use Internet Banking, log on, go to Other Services and select Update Personal Details. You can update your address anytime and changes you make will be reflected across all areas of the Bank.
  • For accounts that require more than one signature, youcan complete our Change of Address form below.
Customer Contact Centre
  • Call 0800 800 468 ( +64 4 924 24 24 from overseas - international toll charges apply) and enter your Telephone Banking Access Number and personal five digit Telephone Banking PIN.
    Once this has been accepted a Customer Service Representative will be able to take your new details and update them immediately.
Download and post in a Change of Address form
  • Download the Change of Address advice form and send it in to us. To view and print a copy of this, you will need to have AdobeReader®, which can be downloaded free of charge.

    Once completed, post the form to us at:

    Customer Account Services
    PO Box 2112
    Wellington

    Your details will then be updated within 24 hours of receipt of the form.

Note:
The following situations require that both an individual and joint address, where appropriate, is provided:
  • Debit Cards - must be posted to you as an individual
  • LifeCare /EasyCover policy information - must be posted to you as an individual

We are also only able to change an address if we have correctly identified you as an individual.
A husband or wife, therefore, cannot change the address of their partner's individual accounts, or where a card or policy documentation will be posted to.
