If you don't already have a BNZ account you'll need to bring into a BNZ store two forms of suitable I.D. (at least one must be a Photo I.D., such as a passport or driver's licence).

If you're an existing BNZ customer, we can switch you to MyMoney over the phone if we already have proof of your date of birth.
