Helping us to help you be Better Off
Once or twice a year, BNZ customers may be sent an email inviting them
to participate in the Customer Experience Programme. This email will
contain a link to a short customer survey asking for your views on how
BNZ is performing in certain areas.
The Customer Experience Programme (CEP) is not just another survey
where customers give their views and become part of a percentage in
the results - BNZ are genuinely interested in each and every customer
experience.
Who is collecting BNZ customer’s
opinions and views?
BNZ has commissioned an independent survey company called Ubiquity to
collect the information for the CEP. Further information on Ubiquity
can be found at their website.
From time to time BNZ will also commission other reputable market research
companies in New Zealand to conduct surveys for the CEP, e.g. Synovate
or Colmar
Brunton.
How did BNZ get my email address?
BNZ only uses customer email addresses that customers have supplied
to us.
Does the Customer Experience Programme
comply with the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007?
The CEP complies with all aspects of the ‘Anti-Spam’ Act.
No emails we send to customers as part of the CEP will contain promotional
messages, and every email will contain an option for customers to remove
themselves from receiving future invitations.
